Thank you for your order and for supporting a small business like Emory 🤎

We are sorry you were not completely happy with your purchase. 

Please read our policy for returns before you send your items to us:

  • Items must be postmarked for return within 14 days of delivery of order (30 days for international orders).
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Items can be subject for denial if they do not meet our standards. Please see below*
  • Please allow up to 3 business days for you package to be processed after it arrives at our warehouse.
  • If the item you want instead is not available, you will receive an email with options.
  • If the item you returned costs less then the item you want instead, you will receive an invoice via email (or store credit if the item costs less)
  • If you want your original item back, you pay the shipping fee.
  • Shipping fee is never refunded.
  • If you contact us with a possible defects in any item when more then 60 days are from your order, then it is considered regular wear and tear. You will not be able to apply for a refund, new item or store credit.
  • When you return an item, the price is based on the original price, unless the product in question is on sale or on a special offer upon delivery. The price of the product is based on the day it is returned.
  • The customer pays for the shipping fee for the shipping to Emory.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address.

We strive to choose the best possible fabric and design for each garment. If you think there has been a manufacturing defect, you can send us an email at emory@emory.is or a message on Facebook. Don't forget to include your order number and send us the best photos you can. Emory can't take responsibility for wear and tear due to external forces.

 

*ITEM CAN BE DENIED FOR RETURN IF IT HAS: 

- deodorant marks

- stains of any kind

- human or animal hair

- lingering odor, such as smoking, food, sweat, cologne

- any visible wear or damage

- all tumbler sales are final
